The Great Divorce

The Great Divorce was produced in conjunction with Resolved and first performed at The Terminal at The Factory Theatre, Marrickville in 2016. Based on the C.S. Lewis novel of the same name, the premise of The Great Divorce is this: a bus load of people take a trip to Paradise, only it doesn’t seem like Paradise quite yet. They all have something they refuse to let go of that prevents them from enjoying Heaven.

The script was adapted by Roslyn Hicks and directed by Richard Woodhouse-Smith.

This production went on to have a second run in 2019.

Original ensemble cast included: Peter David Allison, Alexandra Chambers, Hannah Forsyth, Jessica Kelly, Roslyn Hicks, Shane Millward and Isaac Reefman.
